The promotional plan
Potential students will also be targeted by local radio advertising on the Bay, CFM and Lakeland Radio starting 13 April 2009. Once again, the adverts will be posted on this blog.
Everyone who sees or listens to our adverts will be signposted to a specially created web page on our website which will be created to assist converting the enquiry to an applicant.
Once there, they will be able to listen to part-time students talking about their experience of studying with us and find out all they need to know about their chosen part - time course. The page will be interactive with visitors able to post comments or questions using a blog.

University staff are very welcome to join the team on the promotion trailer to provide expert advice to potential students. The dates are as follows:

How we will additionally market part-time provision
All part-time courses from FE, to undergraduate to post graduate and everything in between will be promoted
Part-time marketing campaign launches late April 2009
Part-time courses are due to receive an additional promotional boost with the launch of a dedicated promotional campaign which launches in late April 2009. The extra work is in addition to scheduled activity that includes prospectuses, outreach work, public relations, web and eZines. The costs of the campaign will be resourced by re-prioritising expenditure in existing MRC budgets.
